Recipe : strawberry puff pastry

I make strawberry puff pastry and my inspiration from PASTIS bar, Aston Kuningan.

Simple dessert and yammehhh of course.

And you only have to prepare : strawberry ice cream,strawberry sauce, freeze puff pastry and of course fresh strawberry.
